UPEI brings abused victim into corrupted PEI Human Rights Commission mediated process Not in good faith

Victim brought into a corrupted mediated HRC process by UPEI lawyer, Murray Murphy and Dean of Nursing, Rosemary Herbert. The mediation was mediated by the PEI HRC secretary who breached the mediation contract she signed with victim, where she acted as a legal mediator. Multiple complaints and requests for new mediator with evidence showing her biases, breaching contract, legally attacking the victim went on deaf ears. UPEI verbally abused the victim, legally attacked her when she did not have a lawyer, and threatened her.
