University of PEI, #UPEI, and #PEI Human Rights Commission Violates Victim in Corrupted Mediation then #UPEI and #”Murray Murphy” Refuses to Comply to Human Rights Laws and Contract signed with Victim

Female Victim brought into corrupted Human Rights Commission abusive Mediation process by UPEI and Murray Murphy. After 5 months of abuses and violations, victim threatened and signs mediated contract with UPEI reps: Murray Murphy and Rosemary Herbert. Once signed with all the gag clauses, Murphy, Herbert and UPEI refuse to comply to laws and the contract and continue to harass and slander victim, produce fraudulent documents, and prevent her access to the university. Officials at UPEI tell victim they are aware of their breaking human rights laws, breaching a contract and producing fraudulent documents. One fraudulent document was produced and circulated by UPEI, Turnbull and Murphy including submitting it to the STLHE to cover up a scam that was reported where UPEI and PEI planned a scam on STLHE to get named prof in human rights complaints a national award. UPEI claim they have been given “immunity” by Murray Murphy to continue to break laws to ban student, refuse to comply with laws and produce fraudulent documents. PEI Ghiz, Sherry and MacIsaac have stalled and refused to proceed with investigation needed for charges to be laid against those shown in the evidence at both the Human Rights Commission and UPEI to be involved in breaches, colluding, fraud, breaking laws, including HR laws, and illegal acts
