#UPEI, “University of Prince Edward Island” /Brutally Abusing and Destroying Female Students, then Re-victimizing and Increasing the Abuses due to their Corrupted Collusion with the “PEI Human Rights Commission”: #UPEI Dangerous for Female Students

There is a culture of #abuses, deviances, “sexual harassment”, #fraud, and the targeting and abuse of female students at the “University of Prince Edward Island”. The “President of UPEI” has had several “sexual harassment” complaints made against him. However, according to #UPEI officials, #UPEI does NOT comply to the mediated contracts they sign with the victims.

Regarding their breaking laws, regarding forged and #fraud documents, including fraud transcripts, #UPEI officials maintain that they are directed by “PEI Law Society” member and “UPEI Lawyer”, “Murray Murphy” NOT to comply with contracts and laws.

Additionally, the #UPEI officials acknowledge their breaking laws, causing further harm, losses and destruction to a victim, yet, they also claim they will continue on this destructive course of action for their victims, as they state they have ‘immunity’/protection from being prosecuted by “Murray Murphy” and “PEI Premier Robert Ghiz”. It is illegal but it is also UNETHICAL and immoral.

There have been at the very least, 5 professors from the “UPEI Education Faculty” who were named in “Human Rights” Complaints, in 1 year alone. Those are only the victims who placed a “Human Rights” complaint , as most did not , after the threat of the corrupted collusion that #UPEI has with the “PEI human rights commission” and all were subjected to brutal mass bullying , bullied off campus, slandered off campus, some were falsely accused, and so on.

The “PEI Human Rights Commission” official reports are fiction. Victims claim that their cases have not been documented.

#Collusion : “A secret agreement between persons/2 groups for a fraudulent, illegal, or deceitful purpose to defraud and/or gain an unfair advantage over a third party, those with whom they are negotiating. … The fundamental objection to collusion is that it promotes dishonesty and fraud, which, in turn, undermines the integrity of the entire judicial system.”

#UPEI have a corrupted #collusion with the “PEI Human Rights commission” where they bring victims into a corruptive and abusive #mediation, not in good faith, brutally abuse and harass them (one victim was bullied, harassed and abused for 5 months in a dragged out mediation -mediation is normally 2 days); then #UPEI refuse to comply with the mediated contract and the #harassment, #abuses, #discrimination increases post mediation.

The “PEI Human rights commission” colluded with the “University of Prince Edward Island” to harm and abuse a victim, deny her rights and access to fair processes, be brought into an abusive and violating mediation process, not in good faith, where #UPEI would sign a contract, that they had never planned to comply with, to continue to harass and violate the victim, escalate the harm and abuses, post mediation.

The collusion involved a corrupted and abusive mediation process and corrupted post mediation where the female is denied rights, access to fair processes and brutally abused, bullied, harassed, and harmed.

July 2011- Threatened Corrupted Collusion on #UPEI Abused Female Student:

For one “UPEI” female victim, she was threatened, with the specifics, of this planned #collusion, between “UPEI” and the “PEI Human rights commission”. The entire plan, those involved, and the details of the harm, damage and destruction, that she would endure, if she placed her complaints with the “PEI Human rights commission”, were all documented at the time, July 2011.

November 2011- Victim submitted “human rights” complaints to “PEI Human Rights Commission”. She was brought into a very corrupted and abusive human rights mediation, not in good faith, where she was abused, harassed, bullied, verbally assaulted, threatened, and there was bad faith mediation that dragged on for 5 months. (Mediation normally lasts 2 days).
*note- All threats of corrupted collusion, the harm, specifics were all followed through both in the corrupted mediation and post mediation.

Nov 2011- May 2012: A Corrupted Mediation Process; Corrupted Mediator overseen by corrupted “PEI Human rights”, “Greg Howard”.

As was threatened, July 2011, there was corrupted and abusive “human rights” mediation. The #UPEI female was brought into mediation, not in good faith. The “PEI Human rights” mediator, “Lorraine Buell” is a secretary, who was appointed mediator. This corrupted mediation was overseen by the head of “human rights”, “Greg Howard”.

In this corrupted “collusion”, Howard was to ensure that any complaints regarding the abusive mediation would be blocked.

“Lorraine Buell” (“PEI Human Rights Commission” secretary now mediator) along with “UPEI” mediators, “PEI Law Society” member, “Murray Murphy” and his partner, “UPEI Faculty”, “UPEI Nursing” , “Rosemary Herbert” participated in this known abusive collusion where there is alleged breach of trust, negligence, unauthorized practice of law, abuse of power, fraud, breach of duty, numerous unethical complaints, and so on: (some examples)

• refused to follow any of the rules they had signed, in the contract to mediate;

• the victim was exposed to unfair legal attacks, by all 3, when she did not have a lawyer; legal attacks that consisted of making up laws and cases,, for example.

• The victim was exposed to “harassment”, “bullying”, #UPEI and “PEI Human rights” dragging the mediation, over 5 months, while they tried to wear their victim down, through an abusive mediation and slandering the victim while mediating with her

• “Murray Murphy” threatened the victim, stating he would “destroy her”, “destroy her academic and personal reputations”…that is, what was left of them. A practice that is done on all victims.
*Many threats from all 3 during this so called mediation, a very “corrupt mediation”
• “Murray Murphy” went into temper tantrums yelling verbal assaults at the victim where he claimed that “Female students DESERVED to be abused,…assaulted….exposed to threats….losses…and it would NOT stop”

• As was threatened, (July 2011) the victim would have even more financial losses when she had to hire lawyers to stop the abuses and unfair legal attacks, where UPEI and Buell had to be told to stop stating bogus laws and for the laypersons: “Lorraine Buell” and “Rosemary Herbert” to stop practicing law.


Post mediation: A few examples:

The “PEI Human rights commission” planned to block, any further complaints , the victim would make, post mediation, such as being illegally banned from the public funded “UPEI”, fraudulent apology letters from the victim to her abusers; fraudulent transcripts; escalated #harassment and #discrimination due to #UPEI’s #retaliation and not complying with the contract and/or laws; having her thesis advisor cut off and all other threats that were made to the victim , and documented, July 2011.

The implications of this collusion are that females, on “Prince Edward Island” and at “University of PEI” are DENIED human rights and DENIED access to fair processes. “Murray Murphy” claimed in mediation that the abuse and targeting of female students would continue.

At #UPEI, those who abuse, assault, harass the targeted females, as well as, those who help and participate are rewarded. Rewarded with grants, positions to the Senate, and/or Dean; while students who take part in the bullying team are given trips, promised jobs, and are paid off. “UPEI Nursing” faculty, “Rosemary Herbert” took part in a corrupted collusion where she participated in bringing a victim into mediation not in good faith to bully and harass her while knowing this would severely damage an abused victim suffering from PTSD.

She legally attacked her with bogus laws where the victim had to hire a lawyer to stop the mediator/secretary, “Lorraine Buell, and UPEI “Rosemary Herbert” and Murphy from the legal attacks to discredit her claim; she participated in refusing to comply with the contract, actively increased the harassment and abuses post mediation for another 2 years.

Rosemary Herbert was rewarded for her role and participation in assisting Murphy to follow through on threats that he and UPEI destroys victims, being involved and participating in fraud, and breaking laws, refusing to comply with a contract with a PROMOTION to DEAN of Nursing

At #UPEI the abusers are rewarded, promoted; while the victims are destroyed as threatened.
